Delivery
All orders placed for delivery will be posted with Australia Post, with rates automatically calculated at checkout. Once your order is collected by Australia Post, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
It is a legal requirement that your identification is checked for all delivery orders. Therefore, if you are unable to receive your order, it will be redirected to your local Post Office for your collection. If your order is not collected from the Post Office within the required timeframe and is sent back to us, we will attempt to re-send to you again.
