If for some reason your purchase was faulty on delivery please contact us via email at online@grandcruwineshop.com.au.

If you ordered a straight six pack or dozen we’ll arrange for a courier to pick up the remainder of the case and fully refund your purchase. If it's just one bottle in your order that you have found unsatisfactory, then we will provide a full discount on that bottle.

Our Policy:

  • Faulty wine is replaced 100% free of charge.
  • Full refund available for up to 30 days after purchase.
  • We will refund your credit card that was used for the original order.
  • Product must be in original box or packaging.
  • Straight 6 packs or dozens can't be returned if more than 2 bottles are open.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the policy is being abused.
