A tasting and education session - Rhone Valley - Perth Session
The Rhone Valley, behind Burgundy and Bordeaux is arguably the most important still-wine growing area in France.
It boasts regions such as Cornas, Condrieu, Saint Joseph, Hermitage, Cote Rotie and the famed Chateauneuf-du-Pape and is home to the classic blends of GSM and Shiraz Viognier and many more super delicious and interesting styles.
However, like most wine regions in France, the Rhone Valley is somewhat complicated. I will host an evening to unravel the mystery of the Rhone and taste some of the spectacular wine styles.
We will taste through 12 wines in total covering different regions throughout the valley.
