A steakhouse staple if there ever was one!! Produced from the Ebenezer sub-region of the Barossa, this is a good, honest red. Rich, yet chewy, bright and sweet-fruited. Boysenberry, raspberry, milk chocolate all going on. A touch of minty herb in there too, and some sweet, woody spice joins in. Luxurious texture with a nibble of grippiness to finish and a touch of choc-mocha too. Will cellar for up to 10 years (easily).
